PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
-Booking confirmation must be made at least One (1) week prior to guests' arrival
-Confirmation is made after payment. For bank transfer payments, confirmation
of the booking is made after the deposit verification
-Booking is transferrable and re-bookable however NOT refundable in full
-Cancellation of booking confirmation made on or before Thirty (30) days prior to
arrival is refundable by 50% from the total amount of the whole booking
-Cancellation of booking confirmation made at least Fifteen (15) days prior to
arrival is NON refundable
-Bookings under Resort's special promo is NON-REFUNDABLE, Senior Citizen
Discount is NOT Applicable.
-For Direct Guests: Fifty (50%) of total billing shall be paid one week after
receiving the SOA. Balance to be settled by cash or credit card upon check-in.
An additional of 4% is applied for credit card payment for bank charge.
-The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest
together with positive identification on check-in at the property. The imprint or
swipe of the card will be taken upon check-in
-Any incidental charges incurred during the stay shall be settled before check-out.
